Please expect to receive your order within 14- 18 business days as we need to process and pack items then ship them out !


How can I check the status of my order?

Track your order with the tracking number sent to you or through scrolling to the bottom of our page and clicking 'track your order' there are two options, entering your order number and email address or entering your tracking number.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at bouquetblossoms@gmail.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact bouquetblossoms@gmail.com 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!
